これからご紹介するホームページは、ワールド極真会空手連盟（WKKO）の代表であり館長である岩下清伸氏が監修しています。岩下氏は、1959年に設立されたこの組織における三代目の後継者として、極真空手の普及と発展に尽力しています。現在、岐阜県を拠点に活動し、国内外で空手道の精神を広めるために多くの役職を務めています。この度、WKKOビジネスチームを法人化することにより、社名をWKKO HOLDINGS 株式会社と呼称します。

私がカンボジアで首相官邸特殊部隊を指導し在名古屋カンボジア王国名誉領事館の統括顧問になってから18年が過ぎ2024年7月によりカンボジア王国法務警察副長官補佐官に新任されました。カンボジアではリアルに首相グループとして各省庁の大臣クラスと精通しています。日本とカンボジアを始めに将来的に東南アジアまたはアジア全体を運命共同体として一枚岩として協力出来る世界づくりを目指して行く。

カンボジアに入国するためには、以下のようなビザがあります：

1. 観光ビザ　 30日間の観光目的での滞在に適用されます。

2. ビジネスビザ　 企業のためのビジネス目的での滞在に適用されます。

3. 留学ビザ　大学や学校での学習目的での滞在に適用されます。

4. 労働ビザ　長期的な労働目的での滞在に適用されます。

5. 家族ビザ　家族との再会や滞在に適用されます。

I have spent 18 years guiding the Prime Minister’s Office special forces in Cambodia and serving as the Chief Advisor at the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Nagoya. In July 2024, I was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Cambodian Ministry of Justice Police. I am well-acquainted with ministerial-level officials in various departments as part of the Prime Minister’s group. My goal is to foster cooperation between Japan and Cambodia, and eventually create a united Southeast Asia or Asia as a community of shared destiny.

About Cambodia Entry Visas

To enter Cambodia, the following visa types are available:

 1. Tourist Visa: For stays up to 30 days for tourism.

 2. Business Visa: For business-related stays.

 3. Student Visa: For educational purposes.

 4. Work Visa: For long-term employment.

 5. Family Visa: For family reunification.

オニテナガエビ販売事業について

オニテナガエビはアジアの三代珍味とされており、東南アジア地方に生息する淡水のテナガエビです。日本では我々のプロジェクトにより、養殖事業で日本一の生産を確保していましたが…人為的な災害により、断念せざる得なかった。日本で養殖するにあたりコストなどを考えるより海外に我々の技術を用いてすれば低コストになり、全国的に皆さんの食卓に並ぶ食材になると考えております。

About the Sale of Giant River Prawns

Giant river prawns are considered one of Asia’s three delicacies and are freshwater prawns native to Southeast Asia. Through our project, we had secured the highest production of farmed giant river prawns in Japan, but due to human-made disasters, we had to abandon this effort. Instead of focusing on the costs of farming in Japan, we believe that utilizing our technology overseas will allow us to reduce costs and make this ingredient available on dining tables nationwide.

岐阜県山県市には人口が少ない為に土地が余って来ています。しかし、明智光秀の発祥地といった事もあり、大桑城の周囲に遺跡発掘調査が行われている。この調査が終わり次第に遺跡再建を計画予定。山県市では土地利用に関する協議を行い。山間部の土地66115.702平方メートルのうち6611.57平方メートルを農業を計画する。

In Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, there is an abundance of land due to the low population. However, because it is the birthplace of Akechi Mitsuhide, archaeological excavations are being conducted around Oku Castle. Once these investigations are complete, plans for the reconstruction of the ruins will commence. Yamagata City is currently discussing land use and plans to dedicate 6,611.57 square meters out of a total of 66,115.702 square meters in the mountainous area for agriculture.

株式会社エムツーサクセス　（前）有限会社ミュージックジャパンは私（岩下）の父である宮田城治（みやた せいじ）が生前に残した会社である。

会社で残した数々の著作は全て私が継承している為に今後も新たな曲を含めて後世に残していきたいと考えている。又、今まで父との交流があった人々とも私が再度に新たに体制を纏めていく方針。その為にWKKOを含む全ての事業を将来的には融合出来ればと願う次第です。又、演歌は日本の伝統的な音楽ジャンルで、特に昭和の時代に多くの名曲を生み出しました。その魅力は、日本語に馴染むヨナ抜き音階のメロディや、独特のこぶしを使った歌唱法にあります。最近では「演歌男子」と呼ばれる若手男性歌手たちが、SNSを活用して新しいファン層を開拓しています。演歌はリスナーの高齢化という課題を抱えていますが、その情緒豊かな曲調は日本人の心に深く根付いています。

M2 Success Co., Ltd. (formerly Music Japan Co., Ltd.) is a company left behind by my father, Seiji Miyata. I, Iwashita, have inherited all of the works he created, and I aim to preserve them for future generations, including new songs. Additionally, I plan to reorganize the relationships with people who interacted with my father. Therefore, I hope to eventually merge all businesses, including WKKO.

Enka is a traditional Japanese music genre that produced many famous songs, especially during the Showa era. Its charm lies in melodies that resonate with the Japanese language and unique singing techniques using “kobushi.” Recently, young male singers known as “Enka Danshi” have been using social media to cultivate new fan bases. While enka faces the challenge of an aging listener demographic, its emotionally rich melodies are deeply rooted in the hearts of the Japanese people.

岐阜県本巣市根尾村の淡墨温泉四季館の運営プロジェクトについて説明します。

プロジェクト概要

淡墨温泉四季館は、NEO桜交流ランドの一部であり、温泉、ホテル、体験工房などを含む複合施設です。しかし、光熱費の高騰や収支状況の悪化により、2023年4月から一時休業しています。新たな指定管理者が決まらず、地域の活性化を図るために民間事業者からの意見を募集しています。

主な施設

 • 敷地面積: 約49,897.15平方メートル

 • 温泉館: 1,889.21平方メートル（平屋建て）

 • ホテル館: 2,711.38平方メートル（3階建て）

 • 体験工房: 455.25平方メートル（平屋建て）

 • その他施設: 露天風呂、バーベキュー棟、自転車倉庫など

目指す方向性

プロジェクトは、地域資源を活用した観光促進や文化体験の提供を目指しています。また、地域住民や企業との連携を強化し、持続可能な運営モデルの確立を図ります。

地域貢献

施設の再開に向けて、地域経済の活性化や観光資源としての価値向上が期待されています。地元企業との協力により、新たな商品開発やイベント開催も予定されています。

このように、淡墨温泉四季館の運営プロジェクトは地域の文化と経済において重要な役割を果たすことを目指しています。

I will explain the management project for Usuzumi Onsen Shikisai-kan in Neomura, Motosu City, Gifu Prefecture.

Project Overview

Usuzumi Onsen Shikisai-kan is part of NEO Sakura Exchange Land, a complex that includes hot springs, hotels, and experience workshops. However, due to rising utility costs and deteriorating financial conditions, the facility has been temporarily closed since April 2023. A new designated management entity has not been established, and opinions from private operators are being solicited to revitalize the region.

Main Facilities

 • Total Area: Approximately 49,897.15 square meters

 • Onsen Building: 1,889.21 square meters (single-story)

 • Hotel Building: 2,711.38 square meters (three-story)

 • Experience Workshop: 455.25 square meters (single-story)

 • Other Facilities: Outdoor baths, barbecue area, bicycle storage, etc.

Goals

The project aims to promote tourism and provide cultural experiences by utilizing local resources. It also seeks to strengthen collaboration with local residents and businesses to establish a sustainable management model.

Community Contribution

The reopening of the facility is expected to revitalize the local economy and enhance its value as a tourist resource. Collaboration with local businesses is planned for new product development and event hosting.

In this way, the management project for Usuzumi Onsen Shikisai-kan aims to play an important role in the region’s culture and economy.

2024年12月1日、今年までは色々と控えてはいましたが…来年には2年ぶりWKKOにおける総会議を行うとする。更に来年からはUSを含む国機関や多くの組織とも連携します。なので前にも話した様に遠慮なく組織強化を行います。そして、活動をしない支部も改正を行わない場合は大義名分を通し処分する所存でございますのでご了承ください。

近年、私も体調崩してからリハビリを専念し、現在は100%以上の体力が戻っているだけでなく抑えてきた本来の気力も解放しました‼️来年が楽しみです‼️👊👊👊

ネザーランド支部長が帰国致しました。…2024年11月30日を以て日本全武道連盟の副館長に任命しました。更に本部長の称号から統括本部長に任命した。今回の来日では岐阜城・谷汲・根尾などに行きました。

宿泊地は格安でゲストハウスを用意しました。1日、一人が2500円以下です。

On December 1, 2024, although we have been holding back this year, we plan to hold the WKKO General Assembly for the first time in two years next year. Additionally, from next year, we will collaborate with national institutions, including the US, and many organizations. Therefore, as previously mentioned, we will strengthen our organization without hesitation. Please understand that branches that do not take corrective actions may be dissolved for justifiable reasons. In recent years, after focusing on rehabilitation due to health issues, I have regained more than 100% of my strength and released my restrained spirit. I am looking forward to next year! 👊👊👊

The head of the Netherlands branch has returned to Japan and was appointed Deputy Director of the All Japan Martial Arts Federation as of November 30, 2024. Furthermore, he was promoted from the title of Chief Director to General Director. During his visit to Japan, he visited places such as Gifu Castle, Tanigumi, and Neo.

We have arranged an affordable guesthouse for accommodations. The cost is less than 2,500 yen per person per night.
